Give your writing the time and focus it deserves.

This structured writing retreat is for academic writers, students, researchers, creative writers, journalists, authors, bloggers and everyone else with a message to share.

If you have a writing project — or perhaps you've been putting one off! — then this retreat will benefit you.

Professor Rowena Murray has honed these structured retreats over 10+ years in Scotland, and now she is coming to Finland to facilitate them here.

don't feel overwhelmed or alone in your writing process.

You will be able to get comfortable and write, with no interruptions, competing tasks or distractions of daily life. Rowena provides guidance and direction throughout the day, and there's no need to worry about work, school or other responsibilities. No need to stress over what to eat — it's all provided.

Put away your phone. Switch off your wifi. Immerse yourself in your writing.

Whatever your writing goals are, this retreat will support them.

  • complete a writing project
  • find a new support system for future writing
  • learn to change your behaviours and negative associations with writing
  • improve your goal-setting for your writing projects
  • have great conversations with diverse professionals
  • privilege your writing over everything else for a few days

The retreat is facilitated in English, but writing projects can be in any language.
