February Writing Retreat

Privilege your writing.

A structured writing retreat can work for any kind of writing project, and any kind of writer — including academics, researchers, students, bloggers, journalists, creative writers, marketers, teachers, business writers, and anyone else with a message to share.

The concept is simple: a group of people get together to prioritise their writing for 2,5 days, while an expert facilitator provides support and direction.

  • specific start and stop times for writing

  • writing warm-ups and discussion

  • breaks for food, exercise and relaxation

The result is significant: incredible productivity during the retreat, and new strategies to support writing in the long-term.

  • push your project forward

  • find a new support system for future writing

  • learn to change your behaviours and negative associations with writing

  • improve your goal-setting for your writing projects

  • have great conversations with diverse professionals

  • privilege yourself and your writing for a few days

The retreat is facilitated in English, but writing projects can be in any language.

Registration is closed.

The registration package includes:

  • 2,5 days of expert facilitation with Jess Kelley AE in an exquisite venue on Helsinki’s Katajanokka island

  • yoga interludes designed by Wambui Njuguna-Räisänen

  • Wednesday dinner
