Writing retreat pre-treat
An academic writing expert,
a video game author,
and an editor walk into a bookshop...
No joke, these three experts will share their knowledge of writing from different perspectives, in the intimate setting of Arkadia International Bookshop in Helsinki.
Rowena Murray introduces her research into the process of academic writing — essential for everyone labouring over their thesis, research article or journal chapter.
Gregory Pellechi explores the essentials of script-writing and structure in creative writing for comic books, podcasts, novels and video games.
Virve Juhola takes a step back and looks at the editing and refinement process of written work across topics and mediums.
There will be opportunities for questions and discussion.
