Terms & Conditions for November Retreat 2018
1. Registration is open until 1 week before the event, or until sold out.
2. Registration fees include Wednesday dinner, Thursday and Friday lunches and snacks. The fee includes a non-refundable deposit of 40€.
3. The early-bird price is available for all registrations paid before midnight 31 October. The standard fee applies to all registrations paid after 31 October.
4. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please let us know. If you cancel before midnight on 2 November 2018, your fee will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations before midnight 14 November will receive a 30% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 14 November 2018. However, you can pass your reservation on to another person. Be sure to inform us of your replacement.
5. Accommodation reservations are made at the time of registration, however payment is to be made by the participant at the hotel. Any issues relating to the accommodation should be referred to the hotel. Cancellation of a room may still incur a fee if the hotel requires.
6. Retreat attendance is at your own risk. Helsinki Writing Retreat and its partners cannot be held liable for any damages to or loss of property or injuries caused for whatever reason.
7. If the event is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
